A study of human excellence, NLP is about empowering you with proven strategies – how successful people do the great things they do, and achieve the feats they set out to achieve – in simple, systematic steps which everyone can follow and obtain the same, if not, higher level of results.
One of the presuppositions of NLP states that success leaves a trail – there is a system, a strategy behind every positive behavior. If you can learn the system and effectively implement the strategy, then you too will achieve the same positive outcomes. In layman's term, it's "copycatting" the right way!
Since its initial research done in the early 70's by Prof. John Grinder and Dr. Richard Bandler, NLP has since evolved, been time-tested and is well recognized. Many of graduates and MNC clients who are in senior hiring positions claim that they would give priority to applicants who are NLP trained.
Statistically, executives who are equipped with NLP can outshine their peers. Additionally, more and more human resource managers are recommending that their talent pool be trained in NLP, at least at the Practitioner Level. Just examine the influential power of NLP trained USA Presidents like Clinton and Obama.
